Let’s sit together for a while
Let’s gaze into each others’ eyes
Let’s meet our souls one another
Let’s talk for a while like earlier
It’s been a long since we have really talked to each other,
and a really long since we had our morning coffee together.
Remember when the droplets of rain touched our faces and we danced with joy
when we were genuinely happy just by getting a plastic toy?
Remember the time when candy could bring smiles to our faces
and the time when we participated in school races.
4 o’clock in the afternoon
and we were all found on the ground.
Times passed one by one…
And we are grown up without being with anyone.
They say; “Everything changes with time!”
And now, we don’t even get to sleep at 9.
Probably, the excitement of growing up turned out to be a pressure,
and that’s one of the reasons we are not together anymore.
But the rain…
Raining!
It’s raining again… And the droplets of rain are falling on the ground
Let’s gather them with our hands and throw them at each others’ faces again…
Let’s play on the ground and get scolded after getting wet in the rain…
Let’s really talk for a while with each other…
Probably, before our morning coffee gets colder!
